ADDICTION ALERT 
Cut the rice paper in squares, the nori too. Layer on top of each other and fry in a little (rice)oil until crisp. (Takes about 2-3 seconds)
Then dust with cayenne, garlic and herbal salt. So yummy. 
When you only fry a rice paper you can use the crisp as a container for avocado dip etc.. the possibilities are endless really
