Today was the first day of cleaning the kitchen! From next week I will be cooking with a fantastic team (mostly from Panama) for the coming 3 months. Super excited!! To be honest I thought I would be nervous but so far so good.
My preparation is key. I love to think ahead and organize myself up to the smallest detail. List after list; cross checking my information.
I’m also learning to trust that the right information will be coming to me in time. I can really trust that. What a blessing.
With the help from the owners and their team I am organizing myself, my job will be an immensely big step supporting my growth. So deeply grateful for the opportunity.
